We recommend that you sample our coffees before ordering bags of coffee, especially if you are not familiar with Fresh Organic Arabica Coffees and SWP Decaf Coffees, as you know every roaster has a different style. If Damage: Save the box, all contents and packaging for Freight Carrier inspection and return! If Defective: Save the box, contents and packaging for the return shipment! Return at least 80% of the opened product to us to receive a refund or make an exchange for the exact product. Returns must be shipped within 3 business days from the day when the original order was received.

Shipping is part of the transaction and not part of the product; for this reason, shipping costs are non-refundable. However, if a product is damaged or defective, we will send you a new product.
